Ingredients:
extra wide egg noodles (or any other noodles, I used spaghetti noodles)
1 10.5oz cream of mushroom soup
1 lb ground beef or 2 cups cubed beef
parsley
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cold milk
1 package brown or beef gravy mix
1) Boil noodles.
2) brown beef with onion and parsley. Drain.
3) Open cream of mushroom soup into a small mixing bowl.
4) Mix gravy mix with milk and stir into cream of mushroom.
5) Pour creamy brown sauce into noodles and add browned beef.
6) Warm on low-medium heat and stir until well mixed.
Christopher wanted extra mushrooms, so we added them in!
I took several pictures, trying to make the food look good...but, christopher said, "No matter how many picture you take, Beef Strogonoff will never look 'good'-its just one of those foods that looks gross but tastes Amazing!
