French Toast Casserole

French Toast Casserole


  • 1 1/2 sticks of butter
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 loaf of bread
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • maple syrup
  1. Use a 9in by 12in pan
  2. Melt butter and add brown sugar & cinnamon make a paste & spread over bottom of dish.
  3. Layer two slices of bread and fill in sides and ends with smaller pieces
  4. Beat eggs and add milk
  5. Pour over top of bread
  6. Bake 25-30 min at 350
  7. Drizzle maple syrup on top & run under broiler until brown & bubbly.
